TUBE FURNACE

  The double-tube pipe furnace is an industrial heat treatment equipment that has two parallel tubular heating chambers usually provided with heat source from electric heaters. This furnace can control temperature and heating time, and is widely used in metal processing, electronic component manufacturing, and heat treatment industries. The characteristics of the double-tube pipe furnace are uniform heating, precise temperature control, easy operation and maintenance.

• 1200 °C maximum operating temperature; normal operating temperature range 650 °C - 1150 °C

• Heated lengths options(3000、4000、5000、6000、9000、12000 and so on)

• Heating tube diameter(80、90、100、110、150、220、300)

• Single zone models fitted with PID controller with the single ramp to setpoint

• 3-zone models: Centre zone fitted with PID controller. End zones fitted with slave controllers

• Single or 3-zone models

• Adjustable inclination and rotation speeds offer the flexibility of residence time

• Work tube rotation speed 1.5 to 10.0 revolutions per minute

• 5-liter capacity vibratory feeder and hopper

• The temperature controllers and associated equipment are housed within the integral control box

• Wire elements in high-quality vacuum formed insulation ensures fast heat up, excellent temperature uniformity and short cool downtimes

• The vacuum degree can be 0.001pa

• Quartz (up to 1200 °C) or metallic (up to 800 °C) work tubes

• 5-liter capacity heavy-duty vibratory feeder and hopper
